FREE virtual physician-led Women’s Health services connect you with licensed Specialists who provide expert care for hormonal, reproductive, and metabolic health all covered by OHIP for Ontario residents. You can access consultations for menopause, thyroid issues, birth control, and hormonal imbalance from the comfort of your home with no out-of-pocket cost.
Our OHIP-covered virtual services make it easy to connect with a Specialist through secure video calls. Your Specialist reviews symptoms, orders lab tests if needed, and creates a personalized care plan. Prescriptions are sent electronically to your pharmacy, and follow-ups
are done virtually all at no cost with a valid OHIP card.

Yes, our 12 week program is covered by OHIP.
Signing up is easy! Simply fill out our online form or Speak to Your Metro or Food Basics Pharmacists, and one of our team members will contact you to schedule your first virtual consultation.
Yes, our virtual weight loss program is available to all residents of Ontario with a VALID OHIP CARD with internet access, regardless of where you live within the province.
No referral is required to join our program. However, you are encouraged to share information with your family doctor to ensure continuity of care.

Absolutely. Our virtual OHIP-covered care includes diagnosis and ongoing management of
thyroid disorders (such as hypothyroidism or hyperthyroidism) and other hormonal imbalances
affecting energy, weight, and mood.
Yes. Our Specialists will assess for hormonal causes, such as thyroid or estrogen changes, and create a care plan that includes no-cost, OHIP-covered follow-ups to track progress and
results.
Yes. You can receive OHIP-covered virtual consultations for contraception management or UTI
treatment. Prescriptions are sent directly to your pharmacy for pickup with no visit fees.

HOW DOES IT WORK EXACTLY
Most patients have FREE OHIP-covered follow-ups every 3 months, depending on their treatment plan and goals.
Yes. A referral from your family doctor is required for OHIP coverage. You can download our
referral form or email us to request one directly.
Yes. If you don’t have a family physician, complete our online enrollment form. Our team will help arrange your referral so you can access OHIP-covered care at no cost.
You’ll need a smartphone, tablet, or computer with a camera, microphone, and a stable internet
connection.
Visit our website and complete the appointment request form. Our care coordinators will contact
you within 3 business days to confirm your OHIP-covered consultation.
Have your latest lab results, a list of medications, and any recent symptoms or questions ready. You may also want to note your menstrual cycle or menopause stage for your Specialist.
Yes. Your Specialist can send prescriptions directly to your preferred Metro, Food Basics, or Independent Pharmacy for FREE pickup (standard pharmacy dispensing fees may apply).
If your Specialist orders blood tests or imaging, you’ll receive an electronic lab requisition to take
to your nearest collection center. All test results are shared securely with your Specialist and discussed at your no-cost follow-
up visit.
You’ll receive access through our secure patient portal, where you can review your test results, treatment plans, and communicate directly with your care team.
COSTS
Yes. All consultations with our licensed Specialists are OHIP-covered, meaning there are no fees for eligible Ontario residents. If additional private services (such as certain supplements or hormone optimization) are requested, these will be discussed transparently before proceeding.
Most medically necessary lab tests are FREE and OHIP-covered. Prescription costs depend on your drug plan, pharmacy, or insurance coverage.
