Yes. A referral from your family doctor is required for OHIP-covered Dermatology
consultations. You can download our referral form or email us to request one directly.
Yes. Complete our online enrollment form, and our care team will help arrange a referral for you
so you can access OHIP-covered Dermatology services at no cost.
You’ll need a smartphone, tablet, or computer with a camera, microphone, and a stable internet connection. No special software is required.

Yes. Prescriptions are sent electronically to your preferred Metro, Food Basics, or Independent Pharmacy. The consultation is free and OHIP-covered, and you only pay standard pharmacy
dispensing fees.
If needed, your Specialist will send an electronic OHIP-covered lab requisition to your local lab. Results are securely shared back to your Specialist for review at your next no-cost virtual visit.
You’ll receive results through our secure patient portal, where your care plan and follow-up instructions will be posted. You can message your Specialist anytime all part of your FREE, OHIP-covered care.
COSTS
Yes. All consultations with our Dermatology Specialists are 100% OHIP-covered for Ontario residents with valid health cards. There are no appointment fees, no subscription costs, and no hidden charges for medical
consultations.
Most medically necessary lab tests are FREE and OHIP-covered. Prescription coverage
depends on your insurance or pharmacy plan, but your Specialist visits remain no-cost.
